Today Dauphin County Bail Fund releases it’s 2023 bail report. This report analyzes bail decisions made by Dauphin County Magisterial District Judges (MDJs) during the first 6 months of 2023. It is our attempt at introducing some transparency into Dauphin County MDJs and to encourage the county to compile and release their own data for the benefit of all of us in Dauphin County.
